When answering the following Analysis Questions about minerals you should use your 2-Day Food Journal record but also think about your typical WEEKLY intake of food and beverages. For most folks, it is extremely difficult to meet RDA needs for all minerals each and every day, so a 2-Day food record may not be an accurate reflection of typical intake. It is not necessary for you to formally record your intake again, however, please consider your typical diet, over several days, as you prepare your responses.
1. Thinking about the food/beverages you typically eat, identify those which contain the following minerals.
2. For each of the following minerals, identify two major sources in your typical weekly diet. Identify if none is present. Approximate your weekly intake for each vitamin.
