In this paper, you should answer the following question Whether organizations should abandon the Affirmative Action Policy in their personnel hiring and management?
The following areas of the content must be covered in your paper:
-Definition of Affirmative Action (AA).
-What organizations are covered by AA?
-The historical background of AA: Why was it created? What goal was expected to achieve with AA? Who and when signed the bill?
-Positive outcomes and negative outcomes of AA, and whether application of AA has achieved its goal after years of application in education and employment (citing statistical data to support your claims).
-Present your statement Organizations should (or should not) abandon AA policy in employee hiring and management.
-Provide your argument for your statement by weighing positive outcomes vs. negative outcomes of AA (e.g. if positive outcomes weigh more than negative outcomes, we should keep the AA policy; if negative outcomes weigh more than negative outcomes, we should abandon the AA policy).
